What is the recommended frequency of use?
We recommend using it 2–3 times a week. When you're concerned about dullness or have accidentally gotten sunburned, it gently washes away melanin-containing buildup to leave your skin looking naturally brighter. It can also be used every day. -
Is it okay to leave it on for more than 5 minutes?
5 minutes is enough for the best results, so please wash it off after 5 minutes. Leaving it on for too long may cause the pack to dry out and potentially stress the skin.

How often should I reapply it to maintain UV protection?
Since it may wear off due to sweat, clothing, or friction from movement, please reapply it every 2–3 hours. -
How should I remove it?

This product provides UV protection using only UV scattering agents, without UV absorbers.

Yes, you can chill it in the refrigerator before use. However, repeated temperature changes caused by moving the product between the refrigerator and room temperature may affect its quality. If stored in the refrigerator, please return it immediately after use.
